rich fruit cake

2 tbsp  condensed milk
10-12 tbsp  flour
1 cup  milk
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp  meetha soda
3 tsp  butter
1/4 tsp lemon essence
2 tbsp  castor sugar
few drops  yellow food colour
3/4  cup  multicolour cherries

melt the butter and add condensed milk,milk,lemon essence,sugar and yellow colour; beat it and now add sieved flou ,meetha soda and baking powder; beat well and pour this mixture into a greased pan….lastly add cherries on top of the mixture and bake it in a pre heat oven at 220 degree centigrade for about one hour…


semolina cake

4 tsp refined oil
1 cup  unbeaten curd
1 cup  semolina
1 cup  castor sugar
1 tsp  meetha soda
1 tsp  vanilla essence 
1 1/2 tsp  cardamom pwder
15  raisins
2  pieces of walnuts

mix all the above ingredients and beat well : grease a tin well and dust it with flour too…because semolina cake is little sticky after baking…bake it in  a pre heat oven at 180 degree centigrade…for abt 45 mins…as semolina bakes faster….

coconut cake

1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp meetha soda
1/2 cup milk
6 tsp condensed milk
4-5 drops yellow food colour
1/2 tsp vanilla essnece
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp castor sugar
2 tbsp desiccated coconut powder
4 tsp white butter(unsalted)

sieve the flour thrice; heat butter slightly and remove it from the fire; now add milk,yellow colour,condensed milk,baking powder,meetha soda,castor sugar and beat for a minute;add flour and beat it properly;lastly add coconut powder and vanilla essence and beat it again;now the mixture is ready to bake in a pre heat oven at 220 degree centigrade for about one hour…

butter cream icing

1 cup  unsalted butter
4 cup  icing sugar
1/2 cup   milk or 1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp  vanilla essence
a pinch of salt

beat all the ingredients together, but add 1 tbsp milk at a time..according to ur requirment of the consistency of the icing…for a stiffer icing ,u can increase the amount of icing sugar..

heavy black forest cake

1c up beaten curd
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup refined oil (in summer) / 3/4 cup refined oil (in winter)dark-temptation
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp meetha soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp coco powder
2 tbsp crushed walnuts
1/4 cup thums up/coco cola

beat castor sugar,refined oil,curd and vanilla essence together till the sugar dissolves completely; now sieve flou,coco powder and meetha soda together and add to the beated mixture; mix well and lastly add walnuts n thums up…give a quick mix and pour it in a greased pan n bake it in a pre heat oven at 220 degree centigrade for about one hour…


this cake has been decorated with chocolate glaze icing , chocolate cigars and chocolate flakes : all these were made by me : i will soon post the recipes of them…

Ingredients:            dairy fresh heavy whip topping cream
icing sugar
juice of one lemon

take a big bowl filled with ice;then in another bowl put chilled cream (as per ur requirment),keep this cream filled bowl over ice; start beating it with an electric beater;slowly add icing sugar,lemon juice n essence;beat well ; but rest for few minutes in between; otherwise butter will come out of the cream;the cream will rise double n will become thick;beat it as per ur own requirement;add different food colours n essence n use ur creativity to create something different….ALL D BEST

basic eggless sponge cake




250 gms flour
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup butter (room temprature)
quarter tsp meetha soda
quarter tsp baking powder
milk (required to make a flowing consistency of cake batter)
essence (optional)
food colour (optional)

sieve flour , meetha soda n baking powder together from a little height;this way air will incorporate in it;then in a mixing bowl; take condensed milk n butter together ;beat it well; after that add sieved flour material slowly,1 tbsp at one time; add milk as per ur own requirment;beat well in one direction only; air should be well incorporated in that;a smooth n shiny mixture is now ready to bake; grease a mould as per ur own choice ;n pre heat oven at 220 degree centigrade ;it will take approx.1 bake a gud cake;it will rise double in size; to check if the cake is baked from inside; insert a toothpick in that;if it comes dry then ur cake is ready; bring it out from the oven n let it cool at room temperature; never cool it under a fan; it will dry; after half an hr.take the cake out of the pan ;n cake is ready to eat; or u can ice it acc. to ur choice…..HAPPY BAKING….
