Ingredients:
2 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup malai
1 cup milk
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. meetha soda
1 tsp. vanilla essence
Method:
sieve flour,baking powder and meetha soda together : now beat malai , castor sugar and vanilla essence together :now add flour mixture and milk : beat it well and pour this mixture into a greased pan and bake it in a pre heat oven at 220 degree centigrade for abt. 1 hr….

baking soda is also called meetha soda….for a gud cake …u need both baking powder as well as baking soda….
