Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup dates ( cut into pieces ) & walnuts ( crushed )
3 tbsp. butter ( salted )
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
milk ( required as per consistency )
Method:
take a pan and add boiled water , sugar , dates and butter to it . mix well and keep aside to let it cool . in another pan take flour , bread crumbs , baking soda , baking powder and walnuts ; mix them well and lastly add the 1st mixture into it and beat it again ; add milk as per required to make a batter and pour it into a greased pan and bake it on 220 degree cen. for about one hour…

Ingredients:
heavy cream or whipping cream
semi- sweet or dark chocolate ( cut into small pieces )
honey ( for shine )
Method:
heat the cream in a pan ; dont bring it to a boil ; after it gets heated pour this cream over the chocolate pieces and let it set for one min. ; now stir it well and lastly add 1 tbsp. of honey and use it according to ur choice.

Ingredients:
Parle-G biscuits 5 pkts. (approx. 85-90 gms. per pack)
1 tsp. meetha soda (soda-bi-carb)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup castor sugar
milk (required as per consistency)
Method:
grind biscuits in a mixer; sieve grinded biscuits,baking powder,meetha soda and castor sugar together ; lastly add milk and make a smooth batter ; pre heat oven at 220 degree celsius and pour batter in a greased pan ;bake it for about one and a half hour and cake is ready to eat…

make a batter of an eggless sponge cake(recipe already given) and now take a greased pan and sprinkle brown sugar all over it : afterwards place pineapple slices,cherries and almonds as shown in picture : now add batter in it and bake it on 220 degree centigrade for abt. 40 mins. serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream…

Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk
250 gms. flour
100 gms. butter
one 300 ml. fanta/mirinda bottle
few drops orange essence
few drops orange colour
a pinch meetha soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Method:
sieve flour ,meetha soda and baking powder ; then in a different bowl take butter,colour,essence,condensed milk and beat it well ; then add flour mixture and fanta (as required) make a batter and bake it in a greased pan in a pre heat oven at 220 degree centigrade for abt one hour….
Ingredients for sauce:
100 ml. fanta/mirinda
100 ml. water
1 tbsp. canned orange juice
few drops orange colour
few drops orange essence
2 tbsp. cornflour (dissolved in little water)
3tbsp. sugar
Method:
take a saucepan : put water and sugar in it and let the sugar dissolve : then add fanta,juice,colour,essence and lastly add cornflour and keep on stirring : it will become like jelly : dont over cook it otherwise it will not pour on the cake : it should be of sauce consistencey : switch off the gas and let it cool for a while and then put the cakeon a wire rack and pour this orange sauce on it : it will spread itself and dont spread it with spantula or knife : then leave it to set and refrigerate it before serving : it tastes gud when serve cold….

3/4 cup multicolour cherries

melt the butter and add condensed milk,milk,lemon essence,sugar and yellow colour; beat it and now add sieved flou ,meetha soda and baking powder; beat well and pour this mixture into a greased pan….lastly add cherries on top of the mixture and bake it in a pre heat oven at 220 degree centigrade for about one hour…
